We make our best efforts to ship your order to next day of order placed. We ship on week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 7-10 working days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

QUE:I have purchased one product through courier and during transit, it got damaged. Will HAVOC HOBBY accept return?
ANS:- Please note that Havoc Hobby Center has a different section to do professional strong packing. The team will send the images and videos of the products and packing prior to the dispatch. Any damage during the transit will be the responsibility of the customer as we dont have control on any courier service. If customer has any difference of opinion in this matter shall be arranged their own pick up service
QUE:- I have purchased one product which is sealed , since I purchased wrongly I need to exchange the product
ANS:- HAVOC HOBBY CENTER may not exchange / accept return the item once sold.
