The 29th production Douglas DC-6 commercial airliner was modified to serve as the aircraft for the President of the United States. Designated VC-118, the aircraft was officially commissioned on July 4, 1947 and named “Independence” in honor of President Harry S. Truman’s home town of Independence, MO. The rear section became a stateroom while the main cabin could seat 24 passengers or be converted into 12 sleeper berths. In May 1953, after nearly six years of White House service, "Independence" was retired as the Presidential aircraft and subsequently served several Air Force organizations as a VIP transport. In 1965 it was sent to the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, where it is on display.

QUE:I have purchased one product through courier and during transit, it got damaged. Will HAVOC HOBBY accept return?
ANS:- Please note that Havoc Hobby Center has a different section to do professional strong packing. The team will send the images and videos of the products and packing prior to the dispatch. Any damage during the transit will be the responsibility of the customer as we dont have control on any courier service. If customer has any difference of opinion in this matter shall be arranged their own pick up service
QUE:- I have purchased one product which is sealed , since I purchased wrongly I need to exchange the product
ANS:- HAVOC HOBBY CENTER may not exchange / accept return the item once sold.
